Garden of Images – Frances Quadcore Processor

Someone suggested I do some visual journaling on the theme of “process,” which made me think about computer processors. My brain seems to favor multi-threaded processing but it’s a little out of date, so a quadcore processor seemed like a good idea. Here’s what my design specs might look like. 1. I’m glad you liked it, Alice. That “series of tubes” is a sly reference to something a really ignorant Senator said once in a hearing about network neutrality. I’d say that my brain basically works like the Internet: asynchronous, decentralized, and rather random. I’m just grateful there isn’t as much spam 🙂
